Tracy P. Hoskinson concentrates her practice on insurance defense litigation, focusing on premises liability and personal injury matters. She also has trial experience in the area of criminal defense.

Tracy received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Tufts University in 2001, and her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2007.

Tracy is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
