Kenneth Kim concentrates his practice on insurance defense actions, focusing on the defense of premise liability matters with an emphasis on sports and recreational venues. He also has experience in the areas of business law, general liability and commercial matters.

Kenneth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Binghamton University in 2002 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall Law School in 2007.

Kenneth is admitted to practice in state courts of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and District of New Jersey.
