Attorneys

Deborah Peters concentrates her practice on insurance defense litigation, focusing on the defense of premises liability matters, including those brought against night clubs and sports and recreational venues.  She also has experience in the areas of labor law, employment law, property damage, and general liability matters.

Deborah graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and History.  She also is a 2004 graduate of New York Law School where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team.  

Deborah is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and District of New Jersey.
