David Rosenthal focuses his practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation and commercial litigation.

David received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2007 where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. David also studied at the University of Melbourne while an undergraduate.  David received his Juris Doctor from  Rutgers School of Law School-Camden in 2010 where he participated in Hunter Moot Court and researched abroad at the Constitutional Court in South Africa.

David is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
