Jessica M. Serva focuses her practice on general insurance defense litigation including labor law, construction claims and premises liability. Jessica also has trial experience in the area of automobile litigation. She received her Bachelor of Philosophy from The Catholic University of America in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 2003.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
