Shanna R. Torgerson specializes in the areas of professional liability defense, toxic tort litigation, casualty defense, insurance coverage litigation, litigation arising out of construction claims/accidents and white collar criminal defense litigation.

Shanna earned her B.A. degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, in 2000 and her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and before United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and New Jersey.

Shanna is a member of several professional organizations including the New York State Bar Association, United States Green Building Council, and the Association for Healthcare Risk Management of New York.
